Our Founder
Matinah Drew

Inspired by the mission to provide quality services with integrity, and affordability, the Founder, Matinah Drew opened Noble Hearts HR Consulting Inc. in 2014 to partner with startups and small to medium-size businesses.

While in college, Matinah studied to be a psychologist, working with people and helping them to navigate and find success is at the heart of who she is. While in school, she worked as an employment specialist for people with mental health diagnoses and in group homes as a direct care worker for the developmentally disabled. It was through her position as a job coach that she became enamored with Human Resources. It provided her with a balance of supporting others while fulfilling her strengths of being administrative, process-oriented, and strategic.

Fast-forward, its 20+ years later, and Matinah’s passion for the field of Human Resources and people continue and has blossomed. After being the lead HR Executive at various non-profits and healthcare organizations, she evolved into a virtual consultant. This role expanded her portfolio of experience to include working with startups, emerging and transitioning businesses nationwide in various industries, which include banking, technology, legal, manufacturing, and fulfillment.

Matinah holds two professional HR certifications, SHRM-SCP and PHR, and also holds two Masters, one in Human Resources & Organizational Development and the other in Clinical Psychology. With a hands-on strategic approach, she has successfully organized and set up HR infrastructures, reshaped existing departments to meet new goals or competitive practices, as well as mentored and trained staff and leadership.

Matinah leads and inspires the Noble Hearts team and their clients to reach aspiring goals, strategize and streamline HR processes, navigate complex employee matters, meet compliance requirements and support the daily assignments of Human Resources.
